Welcome to Walton House Day Nursery

We cater for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a caring and stimulating, home-from-home environment where your child can grow as an individual. 

Our priority is to ensure that you and your child are happy, and will work with your requests as best we can. We enjoy working in close partnership with parents keeping them well informed about the nursery and their child's progress.

The safety of each child is of paramount importance to us, which is why we control who is coming in and out of the nursery at all times. All staff have been DBS checked and are either qualified or working towards their qualifications in childcare.

We are committed to getting the best out of all our children, by responding to their individual needs and building their self confidence. We recognise that nursery school is a big step for your child, so we arrange settling in sessions to help you and your child to become familiar with both the staff and nursery surroundings.

School Gardening!

Over recent months we have developed our outside space and incorporated lots of wildlife features; Bug Hotel, Bird feeders and  Bird boxes. We have also joined RHS campaign for ‘School Gardening’ and secured our Level 1 Award.
