At Walton house nursery we understand the importance of play in the early years and how this underpins the learning and development of every child. It is the foundation they lay in order to become a successful adult.
By setting in these strong foundations, our children can go on to tackle the challenges of life, having built strong communication and social skills as well as resilience, good teamwork and practical life skills. They have a sense of inner pride and an enthusiasm for learning.
The Curiosity Approach is more than just providing the children with a beautiful play space. It is a modern-day approach to Early Years education that takes on the inspiration from parts of the Reggio appropriate, Steiner, Te-Whariki, Emilia Pickler and a Sprinkle of Montessori. This creates a beautiful recipe book of wonderful ingredients, carefully mixed together with experience, passion, and a love of early childhood.
It’s baked together in a mindful oven of loveliness that needs thoughtful practitioners and professionals that are present, thankful, and forever curious about their career with children.
