“I think all the staff are fantastic. Emma and the team have made some very positive progress following the Ofsted inspection. I have known Karen since Jacob started, she is very kind and good with the children. His key workers have been Rabia, Victoria and now Natalie, all of which have looked after him fabulously. Natalie - I love the singing and movement sessions you have introduced.

I must add the food always smells delicious and food is very important to young Jacob.

“Since September 2018 the nursery has improved 100%. The premises itself are much cleaner and welcoming. Braidel has come so far since the new change of staff. I feel like I now know how he is doing and what he learns. He clearly knows all the months of the year and days of the week which is amazing.

I love the displays showing the work the children have completed. I am always at the arts and crafts he comes home with.
There are many ways for parents to be involved at the nursery. I love being involved and appreciate the ways in which parents can participate.
I am kept updated on things I need to know such as activities and fund raising opportunities they are involved in like World Book Day and Children In Need.
I get regular feedback on how my child is progressing but I know I can approach the team at any time.”
